Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it, without having to provide a reason.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all accessories. Any item not complying with these conditions may be refused.
Procedure
Contact us at contact@running-pro.com stating your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the items, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Quality guarantee
You have 30 days after delivery to report any manufacturing defect. We will then offer you an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Need a different size? Contact us: exchanges are possible under the same conditions as returns, subject to stock availability.
