Delivery times

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Taxes and customs
For deliveries to France and the European Union, no additional costs are to be expected. For certain destinations outside the EU, local taxes or administrative fees may apply; these remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or lost package
If the package is damaged upon receipt, make reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at contact@running-pro.com. In case of a lost package, we will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a reshipment or a refund.
