1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded on the website running-pro.com, operated by [Company name], [legal form], registered under number [SIREN], whose registered office is located at [address] (hereinafter "Running-Pro").
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of consultation, subject to stock availability. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding any customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union. Running-Pro reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the product being invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of order validation.
4. Order
Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer. Running-Pro reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered at the time of payment. Transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. The order is considered effective after confirmation of the payment centers' agreement.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free. Estimated delivery times are 9 to 14 working days depending on the destination. Running-Pro cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure. In the event of a damaged package upon receipt, the customer must make reservations with the carrier and inform us within 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
8. Legal guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). Any defect can be reported to us within 30 days of delivery for priority processing.
9. Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may freely resort to a consumer mediator: [name and contact details of the mediator].
