Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Formats and Delivery

E-Gift Card: Sent instantly by email after order confirmation. Perfect for a last-minute gift or for pleasure. You can choose to send the card directly to the recipient or print it yourself to put in a nice envelope.

2. Validity Period

Our Gift Cards are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

No extension will be granted after this period expires.

3. Usage

The card must be used in one single transaction.

It is valid for our entire online store.

If the purchase amount exceeds the card's balance, the remainder can be paid by credit card.

4. Purchase and Amounts & Right of Withdrawal

You can choose a predefined amount or customize the value of your gift card.

Non-exchangeable: The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or given as change.

Right of withdrawal (Buyer Refund): The buyer has a 5-calendar-day right of withdrawal, under the strict conditions below:

- The Card has never been used (balance = 100%).

- The request must be made in writing and received within 5 calendar days following the purchase date.

- The refund will only be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Customer Service and Support

Loss or Theft: In case of loss, theft, or damage, the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.
