The Nike Mind 001 Mineral Slate deliberately goes against the grain. Where its predecessors sported solar reds or absolute blacks, this muted slate green color — somewhere between wet stone and dense forest — speaks a different language. It's about conscious recovery, slow and precise movements, mental preparation rather than physical explosion. The orange Hyper Crimson nodes piercing the green sole provide the only touch of contrast, discreet but assertive, while the Metallic Platinum Swoosh elegantly catches the light. This is not a colorway that seeks to impress — it's a colorway that invites you to slow down to better get back up to speed. Developed by the Nike Mind Science Department after more than a decade of neuroscience research, the Mind 001 Mineral Slate has been available in unisex sizing since April 2026 at a price of €95.

The Nike Mind 001 Mineral Slate features the same revolutionary technology as the entire Mind range: 22 independent foam nodes per shoe integrated into a flexible waterproof sole. With each step, these nodes compress and rebound like pistons and cardans, stimulating the sensory receptors on the sole of the foot. The result, validated by neuroscience, is the activation of brain areas linked to concentration and muscle recovery, recreating a barefoot sensation that prepares or regenerates the athlete depending on the time of day. The molded monobloc upper made of lightweight foam, strategically perforated for breathability, embraces the foot in a slip-on design for instant wear before or after a session.
